Welcome to Jortlyn. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.jortlyn.store and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Article 3 — Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers and contracts between Jortlyn and the consumer. You can review these Terms on our website before completing a purchase, and a copy is available on request. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
Article 4 — The Offer
Each product listing includes a clear description. Images represent products as accurately as possible, though slight variations in color or size may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing batches.
Each offer specifies the product price (excluding any import taxes that may apply), shipping terms, the applicable return policy, and any special conditions. Offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time before purchase.
Article 5 — The Contract
The contract is formed once your payment is completed. Jortlyn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or pricing/availability errors. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
Article 6 — Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, in line with our Returns & Refund Policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Final Sale items — products clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase — are not eligible for return or refund. This is indicated on the product page.
Article 7 — Return Costs & Refunds
The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting your return, as stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Article 8 — Exclusions from Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used items or items returned without original packaging
- Hygiene or intimate-use products
- Items clearly marked as Final Sale or non-returnable
Article 9 — Prices
Prices shown at the time of purchase will not increase after the transaction is completed, except where required by law. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Article 10 — Product Conformity
Jortlyn warrants that products conform to their website description and meet reasonable quality standards.
Article 11 — Delivery
Orders are shipped subject to stock availability and the terms set out in our Shipping Policy. If a significant delivery delay occurs, we will inform you.
Article 12 — Payment
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. Jortlyn reserves the right to correct pricing or availability errors without prior notice.
Article 13 — Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to info.jortlyn@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 business hours. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may contact the appropriate consumer protection authority in your country of residence.
Article 14 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law. Where you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

Jortlyn may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
